Citizen’s Advisory and Environmental Justice Group

The Citizen’s Advisory and Environmental Justice Group is a group of people and stakeholders who represent the community and provide comments and advice to the project team. The committee also ensures “the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, income, national origin, or educational level with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies.” (https://www.transportation.gov/transportation-policy/environmental-justice)
